The final shuttle launch, the end of an era which shaped our imaginations!
Bummaw came down for the big event. We watched the shuttle leave the launch pad from the DiGilarmo's living room, then....
ran outside in hopes of watching it's ascent to outer space. Unfortunately, there was too much cloud cover to be able to see it, but we could hear it!!
And they we got to see the DiGilarmo's pet alligator!
We are so proud of Aunt Mimi!
The kids had a wonderful weekend with Bummaw!
4th of July 2011
My sincere apologies for the huge delay in blog updates. Over the last month I have learned a hard lesson that Mac's are not designed for you to be able to organize your own files. You can imagine how hard it is for me to let Apple organize my computer. I am trying to let go of my control issues with organization so that I can play nice with the Mac. Thank you for your patience, hope it was worth the wait!
A big thanks to Cheryl for suggesting we take a picture of the whole crew! Bummaw and Papa will appreciate this one!
