Memorial Day Weekend 2010

We started the weekend with a cookout at the Bicklers! We love your back yard Mya!

Abercrombie & Fitch models - eat your heart out!

We tried to go to the pool on Saturday afternoon. We should have known the UNF pool was closed for the weekend, what college kid is going to want to hang out on campus for Memorial Day weekend! So we quickly redirected towards Neptune beach. Brosnan spent some time in the surf and although he stayed stoic (thanks g-parents Lane), there were no tears. Before we know it we will be chasing him to make sure he doesn't get it by himself!

What a great day!

We went out on the boat this morning and did some tubing. When we were done Brosnan and Mommy say down in the shade and ate some fruit while Dad pulled the boat in. Don't ever underestimate the amount of sugar in fruit! It was 2 before Brosnan wound down enough for a nap! The first time I put him down, I walked out to turn on some music and turned around to see Brosnan busting out of his room with his surfboard (chalkboard). He was ready to go to the beach!

We got Thomas back out and it was a hit! Especially the animals!

In this vid, Brosnan is so excited about jumping on the beach that he blows by he Dad trying to give him a high five. Well, it doesn't take long before he realizes the dis and turns back around to give 5, and knuckles.....

Mommy's Birthday...

Brosnan is chasing the birds (otherwise known as ducks) on the beach. He chases them for a while and then realizes that he is not going to catch them, throws his arms in the air and then quickly gets distracted by the shells. Don't you wish adults could be distracted from their troubles that easily!
