The final shuttle launch, the end of an era which shaped our imaginations!

Bummaw came down for the big event.  We watched the shuttle leave the launch pad from the DiGilarmo's living room, then....

ran outside in hopes of watching it's ascent to outer space.  Unfortunately, there was too much cloud cover to be able to see it, but we could hear it!!

 And they we got to see the DiGilarmo's pet alligator!

We are so proud of Aunt Mimi!

 The kids had a wonderful weekend with Bummaw!
